This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card, ACH/Wire Transfer. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium on all items capped at $1,000 Per Lot On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling AS-IS Where-Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. 

Loading Assistance For Equipment Lots: there will be loading assistance with a skid loader available on the Payment/Pickup Dates stated within the details. 

Loading Assistance For Small Lots: staff will be onsite to help assist in gathering and locating items. There will be limited help for loading furniture or items into your vehicle or trailer. Please bring assistance for loading your items.

Title Transfer: HM Auction Group LLC is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer – we will collect MN Sales Tax and Licensing fees from Minnesota Residents. A $75 document fee will also be collected on all motor vehicle sales.
