This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium Capped at $1,000 Per Item On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling As IS Where Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. 

For the sale of firearms there will be a $35.00 NICS/FFL fee for the first firearm purchased and $25.00 NICS/FFL fee charged for every additional firearms purchased on this auction. 

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements will be handled with a 3rd party provider Shipping Saint. HM Auction Group will still do all of the packing and shipping but Shipping Saint will help coordinate if you need shipping and help you with tracking and manage the shipping process. All firearms that will be shipped will need to have a copy of an FFL license to where the buyer wants the firearm shipped to. This needs to be remitted to HM Auction Group within 3 business days of the auction. There will be a $10.00 per shipping box fee added to the actual shipping cost. All shipping cost will be paid for by the credit card on file. 

Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
