This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card, ACH/Wire Transfer. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium on all items capped at $1,000 Per Lot On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All Sales Final Selling AS-IS Where-Is with No Guarantees or Warrantees Expressed by the Sellers or Their Agents. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. 

Loading Assistance For Equipment Lots: there will be loading assistance with a skid loader available on the Payment/Pickup Dates stated within the details. 

Shipping costs and shipping arrangements are the buyer's sole responsibility. All items need to be removed the day of auction. Our preferred shipper is FedEx. CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED SHIPPING COST ONCE AMOUNT IS CALCULATED. We place insurance and signature conformation on all packages, to ensure that you receive your items safely. Additional fee of $7.00 per shipping box will also be added to cover shipping cost. If items are large or 'hard to ship' we may take them to a location for them to professionally packaged. LLC, will always try and ship your items at the lowest cost to you the buyer, even if it takes two or three or more boxes to ship your items.

Title Transfer: HM Auction Group LLC is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer – we will collect MN Sales Tax and Licensing fees from Minnesota Residents. A $75 document fee will also be collected on all motor vehicle sales.
