Inspection Dates:
Friday May 23 from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday May 27 from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Payment Date: Thursday May 29 from 8:30am to 4:00pm
Removal Dates: May 29 thru June 14. Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
Buyers will need to bring loading assistance to help remove and carry items out of the building.
For removal of all items that do not change the security of the building buyers will have 20 days to remove. The building will be opened during the first load-out dates and by appointment after. Please check with our office prior to making a drive to the property.
For removal of all exterior doors and windows this will need to take place after the 20 day removal of other items.
