This is an online only auction. Payment terms are Cash, Check, Credit Card. All Items Sell AS-IS, 10% Buyers Premium On All Items. There Is A 3% Handling Fee On All Credit/Debt Card. All items that need to be shipped will be paid for with a credit card only, as we do not want to delay this process waiting for payment. 

Pick Up day, all buyers need to bring loading assistance for moving furniture or other items. There will be limited help from auction staff.
